Camp Wahoo! Registration
On this page you can download and print the forms necessary to register for camp. Due to our remote location and lack of electronic communication we need paper copies for use in camp. Consider it another part of our quaint atmosphere! Thank you for your time. The information you provide will help insure a safe and rewarding experience for your camper.
For your convenience Camp Registration & Leadership applications are available in PDF (preferred) & Microsoft Word formats. Medical and Release forms are only available in PDF form. Doctor signature on medical form is only required if a past or current physical condition exists.
If for any reason you are unable to print forms contact us at mike@campwahoo.com. We can mail copies to you. Email and mailing information is printed on the Registration.
